St Michael’s School is a single stream co-educational parish school with an enrolment of approximately 240 students from Kindy to Yr 6. The school was established in 1914 by the sisters of Mercy. St Michael’s is a multicultural community, consisting of children from many ethnic backgrounds. An integral part of the school is the St Joseph’s Centre, which provides for the specific needs of a variety of students.

First Kagan Model School in Australia!
It is official—we are the first school in Australia to be awarded with this prestigious title. As many of you know, we have been using Kagan Cooperative Learning as our pedagogical driver for the past five or more years and it has transformed our culture.
Well done to the Year 3 students who made their First Reconciliation on Wednesday evening.
