Mazenod College

St Michael’s families thinking about high school?  

Mazenod College as an option for their boys.  Mazenod College is set in the picturesque Lesmurdie Hills on 22 acres overlooking Perth city. Our campus is a tranquil environment of tall trees, open areas and purpose built facilities designed for boys to flourish. I believe we provide the perfect balance of educational, sporting, cultural, spiritual, recreational and personal pursuits to support boys.

Mazenod College is a Catholic boys’ secondary school with over 850 students, including more than 100 boarders. Founded in 1966 by the Oblates of Mary Immaculate and has a long and proud tradition in education with an ongoing commitment to the local community as well as the many other communities from which our students come, spanning all corners of the state.

Christian values are at the centre of education at Mazenod as we attend the spiritual, emotional and intellectual needs of our students. Our graduates have gone from Mazenod to all parts of the globe as confident, well-rounded and successful young men prepared to make a difference in their world.

A number of our students live in Bassendean and commute to the College via public transport.  We have students coming to Year 7 from Bassendean Primary and Guildford Primary, but as yet no-one from St Michaels.  I am not sure if you have ever been up to Mazenod, but I would also like to extend an invitation for you to come up and visit one day, to see how lovely the campus is for yourself.
